Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and most countries in the European Union. UK shipping is paused while we confirm VAT handling. If your country is not supported at checkout, contact our support team and we will let you know when it becomes available.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• European Union: 7-15 business days
• United States: 7-15 business days
• Canada: 7-15 business days

All orders include tracking. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

How we pack orders

Every parcel is packed to protect food bags, cans, and toys in transit. The outer box is a standard carton. The sender name on the label is The Happy Tail.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over a regional threshold qualify for free standard shipping; the threshold is shown at checkout.

Who delivers your order

Orders ship via our tracked courier partners, with tracking from dispatch to doorstep.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders over €49. Below that, rates are shown at checkout.

Taxes and duties

EU orders: VAT and any low-value import duty are included in the item price, so you pay nothing extra on delivery. Non-EU orders: any local duties are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or stalled parcels

If tracking shows no update for 14 days, or shows "delivered" but nothing arrived, contact us within 30 days of dispatch with your order number. We will resolve it with a replacement or full refund.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, marked delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, contact our support team with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
